- About Us
G&H Engineering (Scotland) Ltd was Founded in 1992 following a
Management buyout of Gillies & Henderson (Mechanical Handling)
Ltd.
Directors
and staff, many of them from the original company, brought with them
a great wealth of experience in the materials handling and fabrication
business.
G&H Engineering are a small, but flexible company, with 16 empolyees,
putting us in a unqiue position to give our customers a close and
personal service.
The
company has concentrated on well established markets and products
such as screw conveyors, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, vacu-easylift
systems and Sweco separators, along with all the ancillary items to
back up the basic products.
We also offer the facility to take a project from the initial design,
 through
maufacture to on-site installation, including complete plant systems
which can incorporate bought in or free issued machinery.
Facilities
to fabricate to a very high standard, hoppers, tanks, ducting, access
platforms, support steelworrk and gantries. Fabrication in mild steel,
aluminium and stainless steel.
With the range of products, facilities and services on offer we cover
a very diverse range of industries including - Electronics, Computers,
 Food
Production, Distillers, Flour and Grain Milling, Malting, Chemicals,
Rubber & Plastics, Paper & Packaging, Fish Farming and North
Sea Oil.
The
company has in place a quality control system designed around BS 5750
and is currently looking at upgrading to ISO 9002 Accreditation.
